There Is So Much Hassle When You Are Unemployed With Having To Give Information And Process You Have To Got Through
I am appalled that i am now out of work after being made redundant with a company i have been with since i left school. The thing which has riled me more is having to call the benefits agency helpline. I was actually on the call for nearly half an hour and still needed to make another call afterwards. I don’t mind when people are wanting to get information to help you, but i do mind giving as much personal information about myself over the phone call. I then had to call up a different department to give even more information and also arrange an appointment for an interview to see if i qualify for unemployment benefit. Surely i will as i am now officially unemployed and have always paid my taxes and national insurance. Once i go to the interview, i will then be interviewed again by another two people and hopefully i will be able to sign on and get some form of help until i get another job.
